Google uses the collected data to track and examine the use of the website, compile reports, and share them with other Google services. IP addresses are anonymised before being recorded on Google&#8217;s servers. Processing Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is processed using IT and electronic tools, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. Data may be accessible, within the limits of their respective roles, to the Data Controller&#8217;s staff (administrative, communications, marketing, and IT personnel), as well as to external service providers (hosting providers, IT support, communications agencies) operating as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data Retention Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contact form data:<\/strong> retained for the time needed to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 2 years unless otherwise required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Newsletter data:<\/strong> retained until consent is withdrawn (unsubscription).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data processed via Meta Pixel and Meta Events Manager:<\/strong> retained according to Meta Platforms&#8217; terms; users can manage their preferences in their Facebook account settings or via the opt-out tools listed above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Statistical data (Google Analytics 4):<\/strong> retained for a maximum of 14 months, in accordance with Google Analytics 4 default settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System logs:<\/strong> retained for the technical period required for website maintenance and security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon expiry of the retention period, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
